USE

We encourage you and your guest read and abide by this guide to prevent against Equipment Damage.

Lessee  will use the Equipment with caution and due care and will obey all national, state,

municipal, police and other laws, ordinances and regulations that relate in any way to the

possession, use or maintenance of all Equipment.

Lessee's guest are permitted to use Equipment with the knowledge that the lessee is

ultimately responsible for the Equipment per this agreement.

Lessee and guest will at all times follow Wii on-screen instructions describing health

and safety equipment and how it should be used. The Wii Remote wrist straps

must be worn and Wii Remote protective sleeves in place.

Lessee is responsible and will be billed accordingly for cost of replacing equipment damaged by their guest during events

ELECTRICITY & POWER OUTLET

Power outlets must be suppiled by lessee.  Lessee is responsible for providing power outlets for our staff to set up.
Electricity must be provided by lessee. Provision of electricty is the responsibility of Lessee.
Lack of electricity  or  sudden power failure or supply due to unforseen circumstances or caused by nature. ie: Blackouts does not void contract.

We refuse to setup in hazardous conditions that may bring danger to us, you ,your guest and to members of the genral public.

ASSIGNMENT

Lessee will not assign this Agreement or its interest in the Equipment without the prior written

consent of the Lessor.

INDEMNITY

Lessee will indemnify the Lessor against, and hold them harmless from, any and all

proceedings, actions, suits, claims, expenses, damages, costs, and liabilities, including

reasonable attorney's fees and costs, caused by, or connected with, or resulting from the Lessee

use of the Equipment, including without limitation the use, selection, delivery, manufacture,

possession, return or operation of the Equipment.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This document consists of the entire agreement between the parties on the subject matter hereof

and it will not be revised or altered except through a further document signed by the parties

involved in this agreement.

NOTICES

It will be sufficient service of all the notices under this agreement if they are given personally or

delivered through certified mail with a return receipt requested, postage prepaid, at the address

set out in this agreement, or to an address that such party may provide in writing.

OWNERSHIP

The Equipment is exclusively the sole property of the Lessor and will remain so at all times.

The Lessee has no right, title or interest therein or thereto except as specifically described in

this agreement.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware.

The parties hereby indicate by their signatures below that they have read and agree with the terms and

conditions of this Agreement in its entirety.
